Refund policy
Did You Receive Something Different from What You Ordered Online, or Does Your Product Have a Defect? Don't Worry!
All claims must be submitted within three (3) business days of receiving the product via email at contacto@panheadmotorsport.com.
Once the product condition and purchase details have been validated, we will proceed with the exchange. If we still have stock in the color you need, we will replace it with the same product. If the color you need is out of stock, we can offer an exchange for a different color or another product from our catalog, as long as it has the same value as the originally purchased item or by paying the difference. If the replacement product has a lower price than the original, you must complete the amount with another product, as we do not refund the difference in cash.
If the return is due to an error by Black Label Biker®, there will be no cost for the return. However, if the return is due to a customer-related reason, such as selecting the wrong size, color, or model, the return shipping and replacement shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
We do not issue cash refunds. Any refunds approved by Black Label Biker México will be in the form of store credit, which can only be used for online purchases. Refunds are only applicable if the received product has a defect and shows no signs of use or intentional damage.
We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items during the return shipping process.
These policies only apply to online purchases.
All shipments or warranty claims will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected at Black Label Biker México's facilities. Once received, the replacement item will be shipped.
Lifetime Warranty
All Black Label Biker® jeans and jackets come with a Lifetime Warranty Against Accidents. To claim this warranty, follow these steps:

Send an email to contacto@panheadmotorsport.com requesting the warranty.

You will be asked to submit a 2-minute video explaining what happened, stating your name, location, and how the accident occurred, and showing the damage to your BLB® jeans.

Once your video testimony is reviewed and the damaged garment is received (a prepaid shipping label will be provided for the return), we will analyze the claim and proceed to send you a brand-new pair of jeans.

If the size or color you need is out of stock, you can select another available model or color, or wait until your preferred product is back in stock.

If you choose a more expensive model, you may pay the price difference at the time of exchange.

No cash refunds will be issued if you select a lower-cost model.
By submitting your video testimony, you authorize Black Label Biker® to use it for marketing purposes. Please avoid sharing personal details in the video. Your personal information will be handled responsibly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Important Notes on the Lifetime Warranty:

The Lifetime Warranty Against Accidents does not cover normal wear and tear. Over time, the denim layer will fade due to use and washing, just like any regular jeans. This is considered normal wear. To minimize fading, follow the care instructions provided for each model on our online store or check the internal label of your BLB® jeans.

The warranty does not cover minor rips or scratches caused by small falls or accidents where the Kevlar lining was not exposed.

For the warranty replacement to be approved, the jeans must show damage where the Kevlar is exposed, indicating that the pants fulfilled their protective function and need replacement to maintain safety.
